When a coach logs into the ranking system with an older player, they are shown the form below.  Just like the younger player form, we try to give the coach some guidance when ranking the players.

The “best position” field was added to the older players.  This helps us balance out the kids so you don’t end up with a purely defensive team, or a team that everyone runs away when you need a goalie!
