When a coach logs into the system with the password provided, they will be diverted to the ranking form for their current age bracket.  In the younger ages (4-5, 6-7), we use only a numerical rank of the player.  Kids tend to group around the ball, so “best” position is not really applicable.

The web based form also gives coaches some guidance as to how we’d like them to rank.  The assistant coach below has a great sense of humor and did an excellent job of ranking their players.
