This is just that a manual team assigner.  The expectation is that league officials who put together their teams on paper first, can quickly bring up this screen and assign the players to the teams.  The form allows them to bulk load the players on the teams they’ve assigned.  There is a unassigned player pool that all players go into before they are assigned to a team.

The screen allows you to sort the players by name, date of birth, last rank, average rank, and last year’s team.  The fields are “Rank” – last rank, “Comp” – last competitive year, “Min” – minimum rank ever received, “Max” – maximum rank ever received, “Cnt” – total number of ranks.  You can also click on the player name and get a list of all of their ranks from prior seasons.
