The team player exchanger allows you to trade players between teams.   The Auto Team Assignment tool doesn’t know anything about who’s coaching, twins, player requests, etc.  As I described before it balances the teams based on the players average rank.  At a bare minimum, after the teams have been assigned you’ll need to exchange players between teams for coaching needs and siblings.  The player exchanger does just that!  By default, you select a player from a team and the exchanger identifies players within ± 0.25 of the selected players rank from the other teams.  It doesn’t stop there, you can show only players with a certain rank on other teams, search player names, or list another team’s roster to make exchanges with.  The exchanger also provides you with a number of sorting options for both the team from which you are exchanging from and the filter criterion you specified. The exchanger will also allow you to pull up a player and review their specific rankings.
